There are 5 young thieves with extremely unique talents, who are requested to team up and face the most dangerous and challenging heist of their lives. They need to steal the most precious, enchanted gemstone in the city of Carlow and if that isn’t enough, that amber stone belongs to one of the most powerful sorcerers on their planet. All lured by the power of the money they blindly accept; Callan, Meriel, Fox Tail, Lachlan, and Gareth learn how to trust each other and become close friends in the process of planning the robbery. As they cross heart-stopping traps and travel through spine-chilling places, they come back for each other trying their best to prevent one another from taking their last breath.

The point of the book was clearly conveyed, showing that nothing can cut through true friendship. This book was really well written and I liked it because it has multiple main characters and it has lots of cliffhangers. At the start it is a bit slow with development because the character is just at one setting at home. I recommend this book to people who like action, fantasy and mystery.
